Practice Plus Solutions coding department provides accurate service related coding that adheres to industry compliance standards. The department members are responsible to carefully review all billing documents to ensure that accurate procedural coding per specialty is provided. They also are responsible to educate our clients when coding issues arise. The department maintains currency in compliance guidelines and with coding regulations by actively attending seminars and subscribing to a variety of industry publications. The department is supervised by a Certified Procedural Coder (C.P.C.).

Practice Plus Solutions billing department is comprised of a group of talented Physician Representatives who are responsible to manage the billing function for our clients. The department is experienced in cash posting, corresponding with payors, facilities, referring physicians and patients.

A large majority of services billed are paid by the initial claim submission. However, for any delinquent, bankrupt payors or noninsured parties, the Physician Representative diligently follows up on these cases to generate accurate and timely reimbursements for our clients. The Billing department meets regularly to stay current with industry updates.
