Michael Donnelly, President

After receiving degrees in Business Economics, Information Systems and Psychology, Mr. Donnelly has spent the first 15 years of his career employed as a software developer focusing his designs on the medical billing industry.

In 1997, Mr. Donnelly resigned his position as an IT Director to concentrate his efforts on developing a comprehensive Windows based practice management software package. Understanding the importance that software plays in managing the complexities of medical billing, auditing and financial reporting. Mr. Donnelly collaborated with many billing professionals and Physicians to develop the software package known as PBMS.

As founder of Practice Plus Solutions, he strongly feels that the success of any business is to support your clients by maintaining a quality staff and providing them with excellent tools for them to succeed. As the president of PPS and managing the responsibilities required to run a successful business, Mr. Donnelly continues to oversee the evolution of the PBMS software to ensure his staff and clients billing and practice management requirements are met.

Carole Jungkurth, Vice President

Mrs. Jungkurth began her career in medical billing over twenty years ago. During her career she has held a variety of positions that have enabled her gain tremendous knowledge in billing techniques and Physician practices. Her experience in training and managing personnel in a multiple office environment has made her a natural fit to head up PPS Billing operations. Mrs. Jungkurth work ethics, dedication, commitment to excellence has been a tremendous asset to our clients and staff at Practice Plus Solutions.

Tricia Hrivnak, Office Manager

Mrs. Hrivnak started working in the medical billing field in 1983. During her career she has successfully worked with a wide variety of specialist. Her successes have ranged from a billing clerk, training personnel, Medi-Cal specialist, and client representative to supervising a staff of twenty employees. Mrs. Hrivnak skills and experience is a tremendous asset to our clients and Practice Plus Solutions.
